Direct To Garment (DTG)
We wanted a softer feel to our shirts, something more environmentally friendly. After 9 years of utilizing several types of apparel printing methods, we were at a crossroads. Where to go next?
We hit the road and attended conferences across the country. We spent a year investigating different methods and settled on a system that uses biodegradable ink and complies with the strictest industry standards - a water-based DTG printer.

DTG vs Screenprint:
What's the difference between traditional plastisol screenprinting and water-based DTG? As its name suggests plastisol prints contain plastic and can sag on lighter weight garments. Water-based DTG prints are much lighter and softer with the inks settling in the fibers of the garment. The printer is ideally suited for both cotton, blend, and performance fabrics, a new innovation.
